I am excited to launch a new series of all-women wine tasting events. Each tasting will feature Italian wines from different regions and grape varieties, and each wine will be accompanied with food pairings by a visiting chef.

This evening my co-hosts will be Wanda Sdroc who will share stories and tips for working with truffles and truffle products that her family produces in Istria and Chef Deborah Verginella, chief culinary officer at Caplan’s Miele Gallery.
