Tartufi del Nord: Northern Italian Truffle Dinner
Autumn is truffle season. And Piemonte is famed for having the finest tartufi in all of Italy.
Join me and talented Chef Valentina Giorcelli who gre up in Piemonte to taste some of Valentina’s favourite home dishes, like Risotto al Parmigiano and Brasato al Barolo (named after one of the regions many iconic wines). And of course truffles – white, black, preserved in olive oil or cream or even chocolate – will be centre stage throughout this four-course meal.
