The warmer weather and longer days have got us thinking about the sunny coastal regions of Italy – it’s as good an excuse as any to host a delicious wine and seafood pairing dinner, prepared by chef Stefano Agostini! I selected some great wine to accompany the meal including two reds because as you will see the fish + white wine is not the only possible combination!
Stefano, who comes from Vicenza in the northern region of Veneto, is our resident seafood expert – he’s a classically trained chef but also the owner of Pescheria Agostini, a third generation fish monger business founded by his grandfather nearly a century ago.
