I am excited for the launch of a new fun series of Italian cooking and language events, cohosted with Italian language school ScuolaScuola!
The idea of Parla Come Mangi is to give adult Italian language-learners a fun opportunity to cook and converse with great chefs and food experts while practicing Italian language skills with fellow students and native Italian hosts from Cucinato and ScuolaScuola.
During the event, chef Cosimo Ieraci will prepare a typical Tuscan meal, finishing dishes with the olive oil from my family’s farm in Tuscany and guests are welcome to put on an apron and help him cook.
