For today's class, we've carefully selected a menu of dishes that are tasty, seasonal, on the lighter side, and not too difficult to make - so you can learn a few tricks and new recipes while spending maximum quality time sipping a glass of wine or mimosa (or nice soft drink!) with mom.
After an hour so of interaction and meal preparation, you and your mom will be seated to enjoy the meal we have prepared, at your leisure.
